Training 2/9/06
Was supposed to lift bi's and tri's today but my left wrist started acting up. Off and on since college I have had problems with my wrists. My friend, who is an Orthopedic Surgeon, thinks it is just tendonitis and that if I had a break it would be fine. Too bad I can't take breaks! I cut my workout to only bi's as that doesn't hurt as bad.

Tri-Superset Barbell Curls (first 8 go 1/2 the way up, second 8 start at top and go 1/2 down and third set of 8 do complete curl) It sucks!
